BCUK’s October Daily Pilates Movement Challenge

Dijep found this offer from Breastcancer UK and one that is free. I’m actually quite excited about it and a bunch of us are stepping up to this 30 day Pilates challenge. (See list of us who already expressed their interest in replies below)

Just to note though, when you sign up, you will be added to their email distribution list, but from which you can unsubscribe afterwards.

But the 30 days look great, some short some long and with different intensities, it seems. Will it be the YWA of the Pilates world?

For the 30 days (or rather 25 it looks like) BCUK teamed up with the Rebecca Trowbridge, of Catford Pilates, for a mixture of live and on-demand Pilates classes starting on Friday 1st October.

Classes range from 45 to 15mins so should fairly easily fit into your day.

Yeah, I know what you mean. It’s quite exciting to have some live ones, but also not as easy to manage as in demand. Hubby and I are both in! (Hubby liked the last 30day Pilates challenge better than YWA! Blasphemy!! 🤣🤣🤣)

I've just checked the dates and I'll be missing several of the Saturday ones annoyingly, especially as one of them is day 2 😡

First session done ✅So far so good.

I definitely felt that practicing yoga helped, I'm not sure how easy it would be to follow if you'd never done anything like it before.
