Week 6 of the Plankety Plankathon ... 3 minute goal ☄️

Hello Plankety Plankers....

What a week.... things are going to be so different for many of us now. However, home workouts are things we can all do...

How are you doing? How are you finding the side planks? So this week is the same as last week, bringing us to 2.5 minutes..... yay... here is the follow along vid again:

A reminder of the plan:

Week 1: 30 second elbow plank

Week 2: 30 second elbow plank moving to 30 second straight arm plank

Week 3: 30 second high arm plank, then 30 second elbow plank, then 1 minute side plank, then other side ( total 2 minutes)

Week 4: 30 second elbow plank, 30 second straight arm plank,1 minute side planks ( total 2 minutes)

Week 5: 30 second elbow plank, 30 second straight arm plank,1 minute side planks then 30 second elbow plank

***🔥Week 6: as week 5***🔥

Week 7: 30 second elbow plank, 30 second straight arm plank,1 minute side planks ( 30 seconds each side), 30 second elbow plank, then 30 seconds up and down plank.

Week 8: 30 second elbow plank, 30 second straight arm plank,1 minute side planks ( 30 seconds each side), 30 second elbow plank, then 30 seconds up and down plank.

Hi Ju Ju, I did my planks this morning before breakfast and then went a 8K walk, keep well.

Hi Ju Ju, Loving the Planks it's all helping me look very good at my Pilates Class when we do a 2 minute Plank. LOL. My first half of the year has just been cancelled in Stratford on Avon so i shall do more planks and start preparing for Compton Verney at the end of June and that "cheeky" Hill at 11 Miles hopefully i will crawl up it a bit better than last year!!!

Due to holiday I have missed several weeks (yes, I know that’s a feeble excuse!!). Would it be possible to send out the program as a back to back posting when it’s finished to avoid having to search through past posts?

Yes most definitely, I can do a post with them all on if that’s helpful? I’m going to post a plank workout every so often that you can follow along to once this has finished....

Thanks ju-ju. Got a little behind (gawd I wish) with my planks due to a niggly back, not related, but back at it now and positive that I don’t have the wobbles as much on the side planks now. 💪🏻

Well done, keep holding your core in when you plank, and remember that nice line.... good positioning will really help protect your back.
