My swim seems to of taken a tumble again. Since I started adding it in four weeks ago I have only managed it twice, still doing my gym once a week with added planks and squats though.
This might sound strange to some but over the weekend I went out in skinny jeans with my shirt tucked in and a belt, it is years and years since I had the confidence to do that, the gym is definitely paying off and I must admit I am well chuffed 😀.
Sounds like you are reaping the rewards, they seem to sneak up on us. I hadn’t really realised my tum was getting so much more toned 😀. Not a six pack (yet😂). Well done. I have a wine measure and gone on to rose or white with lots of ice, I know it is not for everyone but it takes me twice as long to drink it and it feels like 2😀. Have a good week. Rfc x
Still at it... planking was really good when I was wide awake at 1am today... I cut back to 2 minutes, and did 5 lots before going back to bed, dropped off nicely again 🤣
Hi Rfc I am still here, sort of! I am still doing arm exercises every few days, not sure if I am noticing any difference yet! I leave the weights where I can see them to remind me Core exercises are a bit random, just do a few planks occasionally when I feel like it. I am very impressed that you went out in skinny jeans
Well done for keeping going. I am surprised the difference doing planks once a week has made, but I have been doing it every week for 7 months 😀. Just three sets of 20-30 seconds. I haven’t lost any weight but I have lost 1/2 inch of my tum. I think just keeping plugging away works. Hehe I still have to force myself to do it, This forum has been great for accountability 😀. I’m sure you will notice the difference soon, it sort of creeps up on us. Rfc x
I hate planks and squats, so mainly only once a week, I think out of the seven months only about four weeks did I do them twice. But every week I did 30 squats in total and 60 seconds of planks. 😀. Rfc x
