Welcome to this week’s one more thing. I’m really enjoying this idea of doing something we don’t normally do, or don’t like doing, but know is good for us, for a week.
I think we all have some part of us that we neglect a little in our regimes... I know several runners who don’t do arm and shoulder work... I avoid a few things still.
So, it’s time to identify what we should do more of and find a couple/few time slots into our weekly schedule. Have a great week everyone, the weather is a little kinder than it was at the weekend so far so it’s time to work.

To not get injured! Ok... it’s come to the point in my HM plan where I can’t afford a week out. So, I’m thinking I’ll be on things that I know I have in me... it’s planking week!
Sounds like a plan (or plank 😂😂😂) There is always a time in a HM training plan that gets to me and I have to break it, it only happens once but every time it comes up usually four weeks before my event. Look after yourself. Rfc x
I’ve kinda had mine... groin strain and then virus wiped out the first 4 weeks of it, but I had a couple of extra weeks. I’m just jogging some of the speed sessions to compensate now, it’s all about getting the long runs done and getting over that finish line on the day, time will matter less than ever before!
