Welcome to this week’s one more thing. I’m really enjoying this idea of doing something we don’t normally do, or don’t like doing, but know is good for us, for a week.
I think we all have some part of us that we neglect a little in our regimes... I know several runners who don’t do arm and shoulder work... I avoid a few things still.
So, it’s time to identify what we should do more of and find a couple/few time slots into our weekly schedule. Have a great week everyone, the weather is a little kinder than it was at the weekend so far so it’s time to work.

This week is going to be even harder I have a busy week in my other job this week and they are long days of 12-14 hours, so it will be hard to fit everything in, so I am just going to say to myself, I will do what I can and leave it at that, what I need this week is less pressure 😀.
I’m with the in-laws this week, so my first aim is to not increase the alcohol intake too much!
My one thing this week will be lots of gardening... I hate gardening, but the garden here needs clearing so they can spend more of the summer outdoors.
I can feel the relief coming off the page about the burpees 😂😂😂. Gardening is great exercise, so many different muscles used. I always ache after a lot of gardening. Rfc x
I was inspired by the link you sent me so I am going to focus on my upper arms this week. I also found another exercise video on YouTube focussing on the upper arm muscles, aimed at older women. It was clearly explained and the exercises are simple so there is no excuse
I was searching for something in the wardrobe the other day and came across some smiley face stickers. I will award myself one (stick it in my running diary) on the days I do the exercises!
