Hooping yes, yes , yes. 5mins, hehe didn’t keep it going for long but I kept trying 😂😂😂
Pilates yes, and La Bomba yes!

managed 2 runs a swim & badminton, so still on course. not exactly s&f but swimming & badminton involves lots of movements
also had lots of cake (daughter's upcoming birthday & father's day) but we have to have our treats will make up for it next week
Still struggling to incorporate strength work into my week. I do some good stretching after a run but I am really not keen on doing my planks!!😬
However I do have a strenuous cleaning job involving walking, bending, lifting, stretching etc three days a week so I reckon I can count that as part of my S&F 😉
