Cake for family is calorie free isn’t it !😀. We had a father day party yesterday, that what I’m going with 😂😂😂. Well done in your badminton and swim, and runs. I missed my swim last week and I might miss it this week as I’m still at my Dads.
Still struggling to incorporate strength work into my week. I do some good stretching after a run but I am really not keen on doing my planks!!😬
However I do have a strenuous cleaning job involving walking, bending, lifting, stretching etc three days a week so I reckon I can count that as part of my S&F 😉
I have been at my Dads this week catching up with chores for him and it has used muscles left right and centre 😀, so it does count. . I’m not good on planks either 😂😂😂.
