Went mountain biking this morning up a wee mountain. Never done it before. Mate had a spare bike. Only had time to do half of the trail as we were pushed for time. Loved it. Body aches now. 💪🚴‍♂️🚵‍♂️

I wish lol. Had a bit of problem with Garmin. It was close. We cycled round the trail around the lake

I’m sat here with a full move bar on the Garmin... all I can see around me are hills, so it’s not happening! I’m in snowdonia so May have to drive to the coast in a bit. I’m supposed to be doing 400m sprints. Hill sprints are good, mountain sprints not so much!

I was amazed how harder that is than cycling and how much it works your whole body.

It’s a good workout for sure... your calorie burn is pretty close to what I’d get on a run... who says the bike does a lot of the work?!

I don't pay much attention to the calories. Never did. Don't know accurate they are lol. I just don't eat over my daily allowence weather I train or not. Have you ever tried trail running

I run off road most of the time... just not in the fell running league as yet.
