I set my alarm for 5am tomorrow...plan B 😂

Sooo, posting on here normally keeps me accountable but it didn't work this morning.

My alarm did go off at 5am

I "only" hit snooze twice

I walked the dogs

Fed the dogs

And sat down lol....nothing...not a thing was happening

I woke up 5 times last night in the 5 hours I was in bed. Nightmares of a shooting or something, it's a bit vague, but I have this sense of impending doom that I can't shake, I know it's only in my head , so today is about mental strength and flex, not physical.

Poor you. That doesn't sound pleasant at all :( Definitely a take care of you day. Fingers crossed that awful feeling disaptes quickly. Here's a hug {♡} x

Tomorrow is another day. That pesky sense of doom will pass and you know you can try again any time.

Looking after your mental health is so important, it is easy to forget that stressing because we missed a workout is counter productive, I like the idea of drawing a line and a fresh start when that happens. Take care. Rfc x

Well, there’s a lot of positives... only 2 snoozes, up early and got stuff done. Today wasn’t the day for doing much... tomorrow is another day, hopefully you’ll get some decent sleep.
