Does spending the day at a water park climbing up and down steps etc count. Trying to hold on to your son and stopping you both from capsizing count as strength work. 😁💪
With you on this one. Usually my 150 is wrapped up nicely by the time I go to bed on Monday. This week, it's approaching lunchtime on Wednesday and I'm only on 106 (according to Garmin, Google clocks me at 217).
