We were let out of work an hour early yesterday so I went to the gym. Did my 2 sets and went home feeling rather pleased with myself.
Rang my folks as it's birthday time. They had had Chinese for tea. Well there was nothing in the house for my tea and I was hungry. Once that idea gets put into your head nothing else will do 🤷♀️ at least i only are half of it so 2nd half tonight.
Much of the weeks good work negated 🤦♀️ I might not be thinner but I'm still fitter
Starting wk9 of c25k today. My gym muscles are a bit achy so need to do some roller work when I get back from my run
Have a good day folks xxx

We have to have treats every now and then and a celebration for a family members birthday is a good cause. Go easy on your self. You are still doing great. Rfc x
Well done... 2 hours early off work and I was always straight down to the pub, especially on a Friday 🤣
The other week I went to Pizza Hut and ordered myself a sharing pizza, if you ask me there’s no such thing. Anyway, I ate 6 of the 8 slices with fries and salad. My calorie tracker had me at 100% daily intake after that... it was only the 200 calorie mango sorbet that put me over for the day. So, running and exercise earned me that “guilty pleasure” with no actual impact. I say there’s nothing wrong with that. As a bonus, the other 2 slices with a cup of tea the next morning came is bang on breakfast calories and well balanced... who knew?!
Currently I’m 10lbs above healthy BMI (I’ve over compensated for my activity a little over the last 12 months) but I’m so much fitter than I was a year ago. BMI is just one factor... I was certainly going to die younger than I am now if I hadn’t started moving... it’s about the big picture and balance.
