To be honest I was shattered and didn’t feel like it at all.
I had avoided them all week and was just finishing up my gym session. If I hadn’t of joined Just one thing I know I would of walked out of the gym with out doing them, it was a case of now or never 😂😂😂.

Sometimes things are best loved once they’re done! I’m like that with sprint sessions, never enjoy them at the time, but 10 minutes later the accomplishment kicks in and I’m so happy.
