RED January

After finding out my thyroid meds were totally out over Christmas I am on a mission to get back to being me. I started RED January and I must admit I am loving it.

Tuesday 9.5 km walk

Wednesday Indoor bike and weights

Thursday 4km race walk

Friday 2.5km Walk 800 mtr swim

I must admit I have always loved cross training but the challenge is really showing up the variety that I love ๐Ÿ˜€

This page is very good at xplaining what it is all about.


Basically it is to highlight the great effects for your mental health of moving every day, just a little but being consistent.

I find it very therapeutic to be doing something active every day and am even considering carrying on after it has finished.

What sort of exercise does you health allow you to do? Could you manage a little chunk of something. Maybe we could put our heads together and come up with something that would help You on the exercise front.
