Just when I said my knees were good I give my daughter a hand up from the floor and my knee goes. I heard the program is good for this. So here I am finally going to give it a try.

To start off with I would try on your days off. I used to do that, but if i finished a run and my legs felt like they needed a bit of help I just did some of the leg stretches after a run, it sort of helped to put everything back In Place.
hello! Have you also found the knee exercises for runners? There is a set on the NHS website which you should be able to find with a quick search. Good luck with the S and F!
