Day one of socks!

Not quite what I thought it would be.

There was less wobble but the hard part was lack of movement in my middle section, bringing my foot high enough to easily put my socks on was hard. I didn’t realise how tight my glutes and hamstrings were, I might have to do a mini goal before the first goal.

I am so shocked at my lack of movement in that area.

Good job I have found out 😀.

Well done getting started on that goal. I had a foot on leg thing in my mind, so that video has helped me understand. Love her showboating after!

I’m sure it probably even looks easier than it is. If that’s possible. Oh my goodness I need to start doing some form of yoga! 😂😂

It is such a good one, I can tell how good or how bad my core is just by doing that this. I have used it as a bench mark for years but stopped doing it daily hence the need to start again. 😀.
