There was less wobble but the hard part was lack of movement in my middle section, bringing my foot high enough to easily put my socks on was hard. I didn’t realise how tight my glutes and hamstrings were, I might have to do a mini goal before the first goal.
I am so shocked at my lack of movement in that area.
It is such a good one, I can tell how good or how bad my core is just by doing that this. I have used it as a bench mark for years but stopped doing it daily hence the need to start again. 😀.
