I even managed three rotations of the hoop, which is a big increase from Saturday which was only one. Hehe still spending more time picking it up than hooping with it but it is going to be really interesting to see how many I can do at the end of six weeks.
Next session to be done sometime in the next three days.😀.

I am so bad I used to be a party piece at how uncoordinated I could look Trying. I have watched a few videos and apparently I was trying to move too many body parts at the same time. I am concentrating on just moving my core rather than my hips and legs, it seem to make quite a difference, and I can tell it is going to be really good for my core. It is a 1.2km weighted hoop that is paddded, so a grown up version 😀.
