New country, new life, new fitter me.

Ok, so new country, we immigrated to Australia a while ago, new life and now its time for a new fitter me. I have been doing a lot of walking and it has definitely helped allot with my cardio and general fitness. I have decided to do the Strength and Flex exercise plan and today was week 1 day 1. I will try and do this every second day and then a walk and light stretching after on alternating days. Wish me luck... I have to admit the exercise in public thing is new and rather intimidating, people look at you very strangely standing pull-ups using the kiddies monkey bars. Was the only thing I could find that is the right hight for me, lol.

I know what you mean, I opted for doing the exercises in one go either at home or in the park then go for a fast walk then did the stretching exercises afterwards. I could never find a tree or the railings in the right place. Good luck with your journey and I wish you a happy settlement in your new home. We also have a good walking forum as well.
