Very busy week for me, but I have managed to take 5 minutes out here and there, before a walk and run, practicing some Rope Flow.
But haven’t added any new moves or even planned anything new for the weekend, just keeping on swinging the core flows.
So I thought it be fun to share this video, that demonstrates that there is no such thing as a too heavy rope! 🤣🤣 I just couldn’t wait for April Fools Day!

Unfortunately no Rope Flow for me this week 😕 The arm movements seem to have triggered a flare up of neck pain/ache (spondylitis) 😡😫 Not sure if it is the twisting and turning or, probably lifting the arms up and down. Once pain has gone I will have another go but maybe limit to 5 minutes while I am learning the moves. Such a shame because I was really enjoying it and improving….a bit 😂

LOL I’ve got my feet up just now. I’ve gone down with a cold and sore throat, Friday pm quickly degrading into “lie down, get hubby to bring soup, nurse your sore throat and running nose”.
So that’s where I am at the moment. But I’m ready to jump out of bed the moment my sore throat eases up.
But everything is on hold this weekend.
Hubby, though, has started rowing on my rower and is doing some time trials!
