We did this a while ago. I for one could really do with a refresher course so I’m going to be giving it another go. Who wants to join me?

The 21 Day stretch - please feel free to join

It will be a 21 stretch day quest. You can do 3-7 days a week depending on your ability. Just tick off the days and complete 21. When you have finished there will be a quest completed post with a certificate you can download and virtual badge. If you want to do the ultra quest and do every day for 7 weeks then there will be a special certificate for you and a different badge.

You can use any stretches you like, if you have specific physio work please do them exactly the way they have recommended and nhs.uk/Video/Pages/strength... the quest to fit it with your physio program

If you are going to be using the NHS stretches for the quest here is the link so you can use them. The videos to use are the 5th to the 9th.

Good luck everyone

Today I decided to aim to do my strength and flex on a walk and to fit in a few extra stretches along the way. Didn't work out perfectly as there was never a "tree or railing or bench" or whatever available when I wanted them. The road I walked along was a very quiet (normally) single track country road - but the funny thing was that every time I had to do something like squat, chest presses, or anything else that looks weird to a passer by -- that was the moment when a car or cyclists went past ... they must have thought I was rather strange doing knees bends in middle of road :-D

I know some people find it quite itimidating, so opt to do all the Stregnth and flex first then Go out for a walk. Which ever suits you, the end result is the same. A fit firmer body. 😀.

Hi Realfoodieclub, it seems a bit quiet on this challenge but maybe there is another thread somewhere? I would like to do the 21 days stretch challenge, can I still join in and start it from now?

Of course you can join Welcome onboard. It is quiet on this forum we try and get interest with challenges but people tend to post on their other forums. We have a lot on the Active 10. This a good complimentary forum as it is all about any type of walking for Health at any level.
