Anyone done the 21 days yet and ready for this it badge ?
The 21 Day stretch - please feel free to join
It will be a 21 stretch day quest. You can do 3-7 days a week depending on your ability. Just tick off the days and complete 21. When you have finished there will be a quest completed post with a certificate you can download and virtual badge. If you want to do the ultra quest and do every day for 7 weeks then there will be a special certificate for you and a different badge.
You can use any stretches you like, if you have specific physio work please do them exactly the way they have recommended and nhs.uk/Video/Pages/strength... the quest to fit it with your physio program
If you are going to be using the NHS stretches for the quest here is the link so you can use them. The videos to use are the 5th to the 9th.

Thought it was time for an update on my stretches. I have been doing really well over the last 6 weeks but then I have had to go to a class to do them so that means I have been watched over and I couldn't back out. Now my dynamic core classes have finished and it is up to me to be good and carry on on my own. I am determined to do this, it I know I am the worlds worse at carrying on With something I am not enjoying no matter how good it is for me. I don't feel the love for the exercises but if I'm honest I don't hate them with a vengeance like I used to so maybe just with a bit of repetition I could learn to love them.
If your struggling don't worry, your not alone and part of putting this post up for everyone is to chat about how we are doing. I know I need accountability to keep progressing forward so I'm wracking my brains as how we can achieve that on here.
I decided to do something to release a pain. I joined to GYM and do almost all classes including stretches and yoga and I enjoy it very much, feel more stamina and developing muscles and less pain in my both knees.
I am also on a low carbohydrate diet since June 17 and lost about 5 kg (1st) and very happier now
Could anyone advise me with coach 25K, how do you feel about that, is it make you stronger?
