Hello, I'm almost finished Couch to 5K and was looking to do some strengthening exercises, and today my daughter has said she wants to improve her strength and flexibility. Strength and Flex looks like the perfect thing for both of us but I can't see anything that specifically says if it's ok for teenagers to do. Any advice please?

I can't see why not as it relies on body weight so she will never be pushing or pulling more than her own body weight. I would advice you help her out for a few times so you can look at her form and make sure she is in the correct position but I'm sure it will be fine. I would love to hear from you how she gets on.
