I'm 53 and am going through the menopause, I feel rubbish at the moment and am going to try this programme to help me feel better. I have a lot of discomfort in my shoulder and hip joints so was jogging but have had to stop for a while so need something to keep me going. Wish me luck!

Good luck and welcome. I'm In The same boat as you and just to keep active helps with a lot of the symptoms and my mind. We have a walking forum as well if you feel like doing some walking off the stress walks. It's called "walking for health".
Good luck! I'm 54 and struggling with shoulder pain - think its my rotator cuff - hoping these exercises will help too. Am enjoying the programme so far and it is true my energy levels are getting better and better!
there are some really good exercises on YouTibe for rotator cuff that may help. I suffered for a long time and then started to do the right exercises and now I can swim again and do push ups against a wall not the floor anymore - but I can plank!
