On antibiotics and they are making me feel rubbish. Just when I was getting on a really good roll. I had a swim this week and had done hooping and planks and gym work.

Now I feel like I’m benched. I am on these rotten tablets for a week so hopefully I will feel better soon.

Hope everyone is doing well, do some for me please 😀.

Oh no, how annoying! I hope you feel better soon . Best to rest up though and not be tempted to do too much, although a few stretches would be ok I am sure.

Thank you. Gentle walks seem to help a bit. Might try some stretches tomorrow. 😀.

Ah I'm gutted for you - but sounds like you'd got in a good range of stuff before being brought down. Great that you're still hooping - that was your plan eh! You'll be through it soon.

Thank you. I hate antibiotics and pleaded with my Dr not to have them but it was a must. ☹️☹️☹️☹️. Hopefully I can swim again by Wednesday.

Oh poor you?! They do take their toll on us don’t they but at least it’s a week & not a month! It’ll soon pass & you’ll be back to your normal, happy self x
