So I last weighed myself at GP July 2016 and went friday to restart my weight check. I was told i lost 1 stone in 6 month. I have started the couch to 5k but need that boot up the ass to do it often. what is everybody's reasons apart from lose weight and b healthy i.e. wedding

I started running with the C25k after losing my Mum, I knew I could easily go back to unhealthy habits at that time. I started the Stregnth and Flex podcasts because I needed some extra help to increase my speed and building my muscles up was a great start.
Believe it or nor my reason for losing weight was that I was finding it difficult to shave my legs in the bath. I just could not get them high enough. Congrats on losing a stone. I also took a photo of myself in my underwear from the front and the side at the start of my weight loss, so I can see how much my body has changed. Its a real incentive to look at if you are losing motivation.
