My unicorn and dinosaur stickers for my calendar πππ
Unicorns for run days because I'm going be as fast and fleet of foot as a π¦ dinosaur for gym/s&f days as it makes me stronger πͺπ¦π¦ Seriously i just made that up π I got them because they make me smile.
The aim for June is a sticker on every day π€
I should get 2 for today as had a personal trainer session at 7.30 am - are you noting the AM! How do you morning people do it??? Have to admit I felt good afterwards. Focused on Pilates for mobilising the spine. Then I went back to the gym this evening for a weight session. Who is this stranger I see before me?
I'm aiming to get my run in early tomoz as it's going to be hot! π‘π
Have a fun weekend folks xxx

Love the stickers π. Whatever it takes to increase the motivation ππΌπββοΈ.
As for the AM runs, itβs hard getting out of bed early but so much quieter, cooler, peaceful in the mornings and the glow of smugness you have all day really brings an extra level of enjoyment ha ha ha ππππ
Just love this idea.... a happy way of seeing all the hard work. Suddenly reminds me of brownie badges and swimming badges as a child. π. I am hoping to follow in your footsteps soon. Running and gym sounds hard but a good hard.
π go on, treat yourself, you know you want too!
Cheap on eBay π
Loving the stickers, I want some!! I always run early I like to be out the house by 6am 6.15 at the latest if I can then u have the whole day to get on with life and have that amazing feeling you get from your run with you all day π. Tried running late one evening last week was the hardest run I've done! Really wasn't fun ππββοΈ
Love them! I am going to look in our local Β£1 store, I know they do stickers (not as nice as yours though!). But first I need a new chart - no room on the kitchen calendar
