Just got in from a productive gym session consisting of:
200kcal on the steps machine
x2 10reps 15kg squats
x2 10reps 7kg Dumbell Curls
x2 5reps 4kg Tricep Curls
Then repeated!
iknow how important it is to keep your body guessing..
Anyone have some more good dumbbell exercises for the upper body that I can do?
