Gym session: Strength

Just got in from a productive gym session consisting of:

200kcal on the steps machine

x2 10reps 15kg squats

x2 10reps 7kg Dumbell Curls

x2 5reps 4kg Tricep Curls

Then repeated!

iknow how important it is to keep your body guessing..

Anyone have some more good dumbbell exercises for the upper body that I can do?

There are lots of excercises ,like chest press,on bench.incline-,decline- bench with dumbbels,barbel or just body-weight,push-ups,peep into internet,yahoo.,you tube to get lot of choices to select suitable to your age and stamina.Drink water eat proper food before and after workouts;needless to say maintain proper diet which is more important than excercises

People tend to forget about back and shoulders a lot - try rows, incline/shoulder press etc.
