Cellulitis. / discoid lupus

Hi I had cellulitis in my left leg from blisters on my foot , was on 10 days antibiotics, the redness went, my legs still feel like there are on fire inside , blood test again yesterday .feel like I'm banging my head against a brick wall as getting no where..i also have discoid lupus..I'm almost 62 years old still go to work my job is a physical one . just been told to elevate leg and get more exercise.............................
