Lexapro is for depression (give this alteast 6 weeks to start having an effect) and the hydroxyzine im assuming is for sleep is a very long acting antihistamine that is sedating but can also ease anxiety (particularly at night) so you sleep.

As far as anxiety at work, know your triggers, finds ways to calm your self. Deeper breathing techniques, muscle relaxation tips, perhaps before you get on a stressful call do something calming like this, listen to your favorite song, anything to stop ruminating thoughts from taking over. You could journal your thoughts as well.

Always remember handling people on the phone is a skill, your boss is just trying to help you be better at your job. Training is a good thing, not always that your doing something wrong.
