im so down right now and i dont know what to do.. i cant stop crying because i cant sleep at night. to the point that i dont sleep for 2 days. i had an anxiety attack.. i dont know what to do i tried medidatiom on youtube but still i cant sleep. any advices? or how you cope up with this.

Yes, I’ve had this before it’s awful. Honestly I needed sleeping pills to just knock me out. I had to go to the emergency room and get it the first time I had insomnia and didn’t sleep for 3 days.

I have to take ambien every night. I also sleep in total darkness with a fan on to drown out any little noise that might wake me up.

You can try taking magnesium either oil or orally, or drink valerian tea. But if your insomnia is this bad then just get a sleeping pill
