Finally my doctor told me my treatment: Carbo platin + gemzar + Avastin, 6 cicles, hooefulky with that the peritoneum cáncer will dissapear. After that, mainteinance with rucarib or olaparib
Decision made after reading a test called Foundation One, done to my 2019 tumor, high grade in fallopian tube, stage 1.

Hi, sorry to hear you've had a recurrence. I diagnosed in 2015 with ovarian cancer aged 48, had chemo and surgery, unfortunately had a recurrence in 2017 ,more surgery followed by gemzar and carboplatin, on oral letrozole since and keeping well thankfully, hope your journey goes well for u 🙏
When I recurred I was treated with carbo/gemzar but didn't get the avastin. That was back in 2008 and I've been NED ever since. For me, carbo/gemzar was an easier combo than carbo/taxol. I'm hoping this combo works as well for you as it did for me. Best wishes - Gwen

Hi! I have a question, (if I May ask) how heavy was your reccurence? A small spot un peritoneum or More? Are you in any Parp? Thanks!
If did 2nd round yesterday, and has been just like you said, even went to a wedding last Saturday and danced a lot! Some change in taste, and a little More tired this round, but still, milder than the other protocol, I still have a lot of hair too.
Ca125 went from 800 to 434 after 1rst round, fingers crossed it continues like that.
