Does anyone has my subtype?

Hi, I am new here.

I was surprised to find out this ovarian cancer after a few days of bladder and bowl obstruction symptoms in Dec 2024.

I am currently in standard chemo after the debunk surgery.

I was told I have very rare and aggressive subtype from pathology:

Ovarian Carcinosarcoma with embryonic-type neuroectodermal differentiation.

BRACA 1&2, HER2, HRD are all negative.

TP 53 -R273L positive,

FLOR1 at 80%

I Would like to know if anyone else has this subtype and how their journey has been.
