Hi ladies , I’m reposting a briefer message from yesterday since it has 0 replies . Ibrance stopped working and I’m going on those 3 combinations - ty for all the earlier comments/tips I’ve read about Faslodex shots I’m looking for anyone who has done these three combinations and your symptoms . Guessing major fatigue . 🙏 Thanks so much and hugs 🥰 finally it’s spring 🌸 which gives me hope .
love

Elizabeth, I have not had the drugs that you are inquiring about, but do wish you great results from them . It is scary each time we change drugs. Blessings, Hannah
Fyi I was on Herceptin/Perjeta this past year, with and without Paclitaxel. Have previously been on Faslodex injections with Ibrance and then Everolimus. Good you got 4 years from Ibrance though. Am assuming you’re HER2+ now with switch to Herceptin and Perjeta. Many tolerate these two meds quite well as well as I understand many have been on for several years. I had more difficulty with symptoms and fatigue from the Paclitaxel, as expected. I did get a good response on my liver mets but it was short lived. Faslodex was well tolerated with the exception of the monthly injections which are not fun (just need a good nurse or practitioner that gives them slowly, lot of liquid going into some of us with not much fat). You just never know how your body will respond until you try but need to put your heart into it until your body and scans say otherwise. At least you have 3 weeks in between IV’s so that also helps your recovery time. I believe too living your life the way that fulfills you is also key to success in your health. For me, leaving full-time work while hard, I found more fulfillment and happiness just focusing on my horses, my family and the ranch (another full-time job). You simply have to continue living and not let life pass you by.
