It's been 2.5 months since I stopped Herceptin/Perjeta injections. Has anyone had Herceptin and Perjeta with these ( or some of them) side effects? If yes, did they go away and how long to go away? Thank you

Herceptin perjeta every 3 weeks and Faslodex every 4. If folks went through H/P curious how long g you were on this treatment. I have to have an echo every 4 months so can’t imagine it’s for an indefinite period of time given heart issue potential . My onc has been frustratingly vague.

hi everyone - I recently transitioned from ibrance and exemastane to Faslodex and Perjeta Herceptin injections and now I have a lot of unused and brand new meds that I want to donate.

Hi ladies , I’m reposting a briefer message from yesterday since it has 0 replies . Ibrance stopped working and I’m going on those 3 combinations - ty for all the earlier comments/tips I’ve read about Faslodex shots I’m looking for anyone who has done these three combinations and your symptoms . Guessing

I knew like all of us here that first line of treatment would end sometime (almost 4 years) but I’m really nervous about this new normal I’m entering into with 3 week treatments of Herceptin and Perjeta and eventually monthly Faslodex shots.

The test will be when the Taxol is discontinued and whether the Herceptin/Perjeta is the right move or not.. Has anyone else ever dealt with something like this? Thank you for listening 💕

they asked us if we can afford perjeta and if yes each session for injection alone is 280000. they mentioned being cancer free rate is 40-50% and drugs definitely will work. now my doubts are : 1.

I did Taxol, Herceptin and Perjeta for about 4 months, then Herceptin , Perjeta and Faslodex until 2019. I then was able to do just the Faslodex until 2021 when a new spot showed up on my liver. Dr. started me on Ibrance, letrozole and Herceptin. The meds have been successful so far.

I was diagnosed with MBC in 2015 and was treated mostly with Herceptin and Perjeta which was very successful. However I began to experience shortness of breath and in 2019 was diagnosed with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension.

I have Herceptin / perjeta in 2 days, I know I will not be better and I am worried they will tell me not to come in ( I am calling nurse tomorrow). Is it ok to miss dose? If they delay do they delay for a week or miss that dose and come back in 3 weeks?

I have been taking Herceptin and Perjeta but my echocardiogram showed my heart was getting hurt by the Herceptin. I only take the two every three weeks. Well I was going to take it this Tuesday but since it was hurting my heart I didn’t take it.

Has anyone made this switch after Paclitaxel, herceptin & perjeta ? How did you find side effects in comparison ? When switching treatment what hormone treatment did you take ? thank you for sharing your wisdom . It is sunflower season in Ontario Canada such a happy , strong flower. Luann

I have been been on the following metastatic antibodies for 4 years: Perjeta (pertuzumab) and herceptin (trasruzumab) every three weeks They are keeping my stage 4 Mets in remission. My oncologist said that many people go off of that regiment after 4 years.

I have just had my second CT Scan May 17 th since completing Paclitaxel , Herceptin & Perjeta for Triple positive MBC . I continue Herceptin & Perjeta every 3 weeks & exemestane daily .

Any of you ladies on Herceptin/ Perjeta have had your EF ( Ejection fraction) declined more than 10 points? If so, do you see a cardiologist and what's your treatment? Thanks

Given this I am wondering how much of this is due to Taxol vs Herceptin/Perjeta? Does anyone have any experience to share?

I talked with my oncologist yesterday afternoon about my recent Ct & bone scans , these were the 1 year scans since my last Paclitaxel treatment . It appears that the treatment stabilized the lung nodules and the liver Mets But my bone Mets are

My onc says the diarrhoea is principally caused by the perjeta but can only suggest loperamide. Any advice? Thank you

So, switched to Docetaxel plus Herceptin and Perjeta. Three months later, progression. She took out Docetaxel and added Exemestane because I want to try hormone therapy again and this drug is the only one I have never used.
