I was wondering if anyone came back to ormonal treatments or traditional chemo after Trodelvy failed, and had still good results.
They say this treatment is the best after CDK4/6 fail for HR+ mbc and there’s liver involvement, but I was wondering if undergoing such a strong therapy could make cancer more resistant.
Thanks

Just curious how long you were on Trodelvy and how it failed. I think my doc has a list of chemo treatments for me if it stops working (I hope it doesnt since Im just getting used to it). I think he believes that my cancer is resistant to endocrine therapies so I doubt I could go back. I am actually hoping that Keytruda is approved for MBC because that seems to be the new "miracle" drug.
Sorry probably not much help, I just know that there are only a few of us on Troldelvy so far.
I’m about to start Trodelvy next week and I was wondering if such strong therapy could make traditional chemo less effective afterwards. My doc thinks I’m resistant too to endocrine therapies even if he doesn’t exclude Faslodex in the future maybe in a period of remission. I’ve never been on SERDS. Thanks for your reply 🤗
Hello ladies, I've been on trodelvy for sometime now, my tumor markers go up and down with every blood test but they seem to be keeping me sort of stable. This was the first drug that has worked for me in 2 1⁄2 year. However my doctor has stated that the new drugs coming out will be a lot like trodelvy and that there are a few coming out soon. My suggestion to you is between the pre meds half hour break and the half hour break at the end of your treatment you should ask for fluids that will keep you hydrated and help remove the drugs from your system faster.
