I don't take supplements nor do I juice. But do but a healthy smoothie occasionally. A number of ladies do juice and will give you advice. Blessings, Hannah
Hi, I make smoothies from red berries, yoghurt and either date syrup or honey, or sometimes banana and date syrup. Not everyone’s taste but I find it hard to eat fresh fruit unless it’s seasonal soft fruit. I take Tumeric. On prescription I have Calcium and Vitamin D3.
I have Mets in my bones and lungs Stage 4. I take Letrozole and Pablociclib + a monthly injection of Denosumab as a bone strengthening med.
Hope that helps. I wouldn’t take any supplements without talking to the Oncologist first.
I DO many juices. I make a carrot juice with celery, ginger,, dandelion greens, sometimes wheat grass, lemon and sometime other things. First thing in AM. But I make a liver cleanse juice every couple of weeks very first in my mouth.
I also make a vitamix of fresh greens, lemon, lime and turmeric, ginger, and more varied.
oncologist tend to be fine with most foods as long as they are in their natural form. For me they must be organic. The docs get uncomfortable with supplements. BUT, I do take several that the docs had no idea but were not against.
