I apologies if I have asked a similar question before but I wonder if it is ok to take magnesium ( cream) for my rls? I suffer from atrial fibrillation and take bisoprolol fumerate 1.25 mg and Apixaban 5mg as well as Pregabalin 200mg for my rls ?

Absolutely!

You can make you own spray with equal amounts of water and epsom salts.

I imagine that a cream could also be made by mixing epsom salts with coconut oil or any other carrier

But I have not tried this ,so do Google it.

Good luck.

I take magnesium tablets and use a cream. Good for all sorts of things.
