My 88 year old mother is really struggling with RLS. I have heard about the Relaxis device you can put under your legs but it isn't being made anymore. Does anyone know where you can still get it?

I imagine any massage pad would do the job.

Maybe one of those ones that can fit on a car seat. Lots of little massaging bubbles.

I got one in Aldi/ Lidl years ago.

All the best.

I seem to remember that the Relaxis was very expensive.

I purchased something similar for my mum, from my local pharmacy, Lloyds Chemist

It was a vibration type pad that you placed your feet on, you could also vary the intensity.

She thought it helped with her RLS and she seemed to have fewer episodes over time.

Really sorry l cannot remember what the device was called . It may show up if you Google something like,

Lloyds chemist circulation feet pad?
