Vitamin D dificient and and low B12

My vitamin D is 18 where 50+ is considered normal and have low B12,can anyone tell me how this impacts my health and restless legs, thanks in advance

If your D level was measured in units of ng/ml... 18 is very low. If it were me .. I'd start taking Vit D3 until you raise your levels to at least 40 ng/ml. Some think levels in mid 60s are even more ideal. You could also raise your levels by sun exposure being careful not to get too much too quick. Not sure if there is any correlation between low D levels and RLS. However, from what I've read, adequate D levels are very important for overall health.

I don't know enough about B12 levels to offer anything helpful.
