I bought the iron from Thorne but when it arrived I saw that each capsule has 300 mcg of vitamin b12. If I take 75 mg of iron, that will be 900 mcg of the b vitamin. Does anyone know if that is likely to keep me awake or otherwise make it harder to fall asleep? Thank you to anyone who answers!

It's possible. But it is easy enough to find out by taking it and seeing if it affects you this way. In any case when you need a refill, I would suggest you find an iron tablet that does not have such large amounts of Vitamin B2, since taking that much vitamin B12 for years is not advised.
Thank you, Sue! Yes, I can try it one day and see what happens. Also, thank you for the information about taking that much vitamin b for years. I didn’t know that.
I can't take vitamin B after breakfast. Otherwise I get insomnia from it.
