Morning all well it's day 8 for me - one whole week without smoking...YAY!

Had a lovely but very busy weekend with lots of smokers around but I did not

succomb to NASTY NIC, so feeling very proud of meself!

Its a great feeling when you have been near smokers and know you don't smoke anymore.
