Welcome back Shazbog, Its good to hear from you, even though its through a relapse.

At least you are trying again and thats all we ask of you. It doesnt matter how many attempts it takes your a winner on here.

Make sure you drink plenty of water, this will help loosen the mucus in your throat. also steam over a bowl will help too. It can take time to rid the mucus and toxins but it will clear.

If you find in about 3 weeks you are still struggling with the throat, have a word with your doctor who can prescribe tablets to help clear the mucus.

Have a read at the pinned posts for any new information.

We wish you luck. :) xxx

Welcome back Shazbog, we don't always succeed with our first tries but we learn from them, so that should help with this quit. that and keeping strong and determined.

Cold turkey hits hard but youโ€™re now free of nicotine.

Hi Shaz(if I may call you that)

You have done this journey before so you know it can only get better, but it might just take a little time.

Going Cold Turkey is not easy, you will have mood swings, bad times and good times, but the good times will outweigh the bad times...... but having said that, we are all different in our quit journeys...... the above is how it was for me!

Congratulations for coming back to try again ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ well done!

๐Ÿ˜€๐ŸŒž๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿšญ Xx
