One week - No Fags!

I am absolutely delighted with my little self After 2 of the most horrid days, today I seem to be a whole lot calmer and erm less 'unhinged'

On wednesday it will be day 10 and the longest over I have managed...... only this time I dont want to ever go back.

Congrats and what a super word - unhinged describes the feeling to a tee! Used to work with a girl who said she was 'yonderly' which is also good but not super. It does get easier and that's a promise but don't try to run before you can walk - in other words one hour at a time and there are only a few hours in a day and together we can win.
