haha, hello Pete, I've eaten a banana every day since I read that article. Hmmm, good job I like bananas because as replacements for ciggies - well they're just not happening. another punnet of grapes has almost bitten the dust too, not quite managed to turn them into wine yet though. How are you?

Sinfree good on ya bananas are my breakfast food..I always make sure I have plenty in. As a cig replacement they probably need some amending..bit more like a Cuban cigar aren't they lol . But they are so good for our bodies,our heads..see Darwin was right ,monkeys are our ancestors lol. x jan
