thank you all so much, sometimes I worry that I may sound annoying because no one knows you. It is a journey that may take you many times to stop but this time I just feel content and happy being smoke free, I did enjoy the anniversary and my Husband, Michael bought me a bottle of bubbly to celebrate. I will stay off the fags as I know there is never just one cigarette for me. After a year, I can finally be confident that I have cracked it
