I see you're all active but no-one wants to start the chat so here you are.
I think this might be a good one for John today - I would say he could share it with Kazz but it's a bit small and he loves to keep his cakes all to himself!
Have a good day and chat away.

Hi everyone, sorry Andi I couldn't do the chat cause I was on my phone, didn't want to get in trouble for not putting a picture on, plus I have been out this morning i love yours by the way, could do with one of these later
It's lovely to see you on here Jillygirl, hope things go brill for you
Have a great day everyone xxx

Good Morning Sue, sorry i didnt see you there gal, have you been slimming
Good morning Emjay, I see your knocking about on the site this morning
Rite i have been to the chemist this morning, but my adviser wasn't there, but I managed to have a nice chat with another gal She found all my details out and I said that i would like to try champix this time, so she is going to send a referral letter to my docs and all I should have to do is go down to the docs and pick the prescription up and take it with me next Saturday to the chemist
So my new quit date wont be Monday 7th, I shall have to wait until next Saturday Morning to find that out I'm sorry for messing you about gal
In the mean time i've got some mouth spray left so i will use that to cut down on the ciggies a bit cos I definitely know that I am smoking again, as my body is telling me
It's good to see the cakes are out You did say you weren't eating cakes Boozie Suzie however I am thinking that because they are small cakes we can have one You are right Andi there is no way Johnny Cakeface will share a cake but I love the pic.
It's good news that the Chemist can sort out the Champix for you and I'm very impressed that you are going to cut down smoking between now and when you start them by using your mouth spray. I'm sure I would just think, great another week to fit in as many as I can which isn't the best attitude so well done you In a way it's good that your body is letting you know that your smoking is affecting it as that's just more incentive to give up.
Hi again Jillygirl it's lovely to see you we do miss you, get better soon xxx
No I didn't get my pac a mac from Primark Pete, I do need to get one but I was waiting for the sales
Well spotted Andi I didn't notice the fruit either I thought it was pink blobs of icing not cherries.
Yes I am definitely on my diet Sue but everything in moderation I bought a small packet of apple and grapes a couple of days ago as I thought I should eat some fruit just for the vitamins in it but it's still in the fridge
I know this is a no smoking site not an exercise site so I apologise for asking this on here but is there anything you can buy to tell you how far you have walked as in mileage not steps. I have started going for a daily walk but would like to know how far I am walking.
Actually it might be ok to ask that on here because so many people put weight on that they then need to lose it with the exception of our Mad who wants to put it on
Thanks xx

Aup Jazzy Kazzy I see you've managed to get out of your bed then about flippin time an all gal
i will be a good boy and eat the cherry's off your cakes for you cos i like fruit, well thats what i keep telling myself anyway
As for the grapes in the fridge '' STILL '' i should put them in a bowl, take your shoes off and stomp on them, like you do mash tats then just slurp on the juice, easy or what
Yes i know what you mean about the distance you walk, cos ave got a stepometer which counts the steps you make, erm I wonder how Andi knows how far she has run cos I have heard her say that she has worked out the distance she has run
And yes I think it is ok to talk about exercise on this site, cos as you say we all seem to put weight on including me !!
I don't think you should keep those apple ad grapes in the fridge - they taste much better at room temperature and if the grapes are not quite ripe they will do nothing in the cold.
Hi Sue, ankle seems fine now, thanks, don't really get any twinges with it but it is still swollen so I might get that looked at eventually. Yesterday I couldn't be bothered getting my bike out and all togged up so I went for a walk round the Head instead. I was 3/4 round when I met a lady from the gym who was going the other way. After chatting for a few mins she talked me into walking and chatting with her so about turn and slightly different route back. I did just over 4 miles and was relieved to see that I hadn't got a parking ticket. As for a walk today I have only been for a run so far.
Kazz, that leads me on to you. I treated myself to a running watch just before Christmas but it's really good for walking and I think it'll be good on the bike too. Before that I would retrace my steps on an on-line mapping site. The one I found most user-friendly is Mapometer.com. It's fun and you can log all sorts of things on it. Even with my new watch I like to keep my activities up-to-date on there. Something else to waste a load of time on! Have fun!
Kazz some pedometers do track mileage as well as steps, you could always try a sports shop, some even say how many calories you've burned, hope you find something
I"m glad your ankle doesn't give you any pain now Andi i know what you mean about swelling, i still have a swollen ankle from years ago, i didn't go to the docs with mine cause the pain had stopped, maybe i should have though. Sounds like you had a lovely walk again, it's so nice when you find someone to chat too as well Have fun everyone xx
Afternoon everyone. Reading this lovely chat has really calmed me down I've been a member of the C25K community for a while now and I'm thrilled to have found you guys
Kazz I run so would definitely advise using a route mapper to start with such as:
You can easily plan routes or recap after a walk to see how far you've walked. If it's more serious and you want to monitor it then something like a garmin watch would be good. You can measure distance, pace, calories burned etc Hope that helps.
monkyAdministratorCake sniffer outer• in reply toFraz73
Hi ya Fraz, its nice to see you on the daily chat, and its nice to see that you have calmed down a bit eh
Andi does the C25K thing i think she is a lovely member on here, plus i think Emjay 1 of our lovely support advisers is just starting up tooooooo so you will be well in on this site
I've got my rowing machine for now, but maybe will try the running thing, but only if that flippin Jazzy Kazzy does erm she is Kazzachoc by the way, the cheeky one
I'm so sorry but i have had a look at the old bloggs but cant find anything out about hypnotherapy but i will keep looking
Thanks for your advice everyone, I was thinking of driving round the route first to find out how far it was but I didn't think that was a great idea. I do have a pedometer Sue which I bought years ago so I will check if it has distance on it as well as steps and also have a look at the mapping site and routeplanner. This site is like page the oracle, who needs Google when I have you thanks. I've just been to a sports shop and tried to get something but they had sold out of pedometers, looks like a few people have the same New Year's Resolution.
I will get the fruit out of the fridge Andi, I'm not sure there are enough to make any juice Peetie Weetie it is one of those small packets that you put in a child's lunchbox, I'm starting small and probably staying small where fruit is concerned I'm with Sue, I prefer cake
Hi Fraz, good to see you on here and thanks for the advice on the routeplanner.
Oy Peetie Weetie,I wasn't in bed, well I was for a while but it takes me a while to wake up and come round, if I came on here as soon as I got up without my 20 cups of coffee inside me (ok that's a bit of an exaggeration.... 18) then you probably wouldn't understand a word I was saying
Byeeeee for now xxx
monkyAdministratorCake sniffer outer• in reply toKazzachoc
Huh thought that was normal, cos i cant understand what you say anyway
rite am off in my spear proof garage that i've built
I walked right into that one Spear proof garage? Since when?
You are lucky Peetie Weetie that I can't throw any spears right now because I'm eating apple mmmmmm it's lovely. I will have to learn to stop being so sarcastic
Sue!!! I know what you are up to lady, you think if you can get me eating grapes instead of cake then there will be more cake for you...I don't think so ! There are a few fruits I don't mind but I would never dream of eating them if I wasn't on a diet and none of them are as good as cake
I'm just off to build a spear proof house
monkyAdministratorCake sniffer outer• in reply toKazzachoc
Aup Kaz i think Sue's in co-hoots with Johny cakeface myself, so they can split the cakes between each other
---------------» i got you with my super duper spear before you built it, and i'm in Petes' one
monkyAdministratorCake sniffer outer• in reply tosue52
Ouch gosh where did you get that spear from Sue, i was just putting the finishing touches to my garage when it hit home mind you i did have the door open
Ooouuuchhhhhh that hit me right in the a...... arm
Can't believe you are throwing spears at me Boozie Suzie when it's Peetie Weetie causing all the trouble, he said you were in cahoots with Johnny Cakeface and I have a feeling he could be right.
Well I've finished my spear proof house and my apple now so I am armed and ready for any further attacks, I even have the clothes on which make my aim better so beware
Everyone seems to be in a very mischievous mood this afternoon Good job I'm here to keep you all under control as if !!!
Not sure he would be excited Andi probably run screaming for the hills
You didn't give me a chance to reply Peetie Weetie and my reply is this...... You have been so mischievous that I have lost count of the times and now they have all blurred into one big dollop of mischievousness and so I can't actually pin point on particular event
What's wrong with my hair style in the pic, it's the Viking look and on trend in the Viking Spear Throwing Community I will have you know.
I notice Sue and Johhny Cakeface are quiet, probably scoffing cakes as we speak
Yes it used to be breakfast, dinner, tea and supper for me too, it's getting all confusing now with lunch and dinner instead of dinner and tea. I was brought up to say dinner and tea then my dad starting calling tea dinner
monkyAdministratorCake sniffer outer• in reply toKazzachoc
Did you ever have to eat lettuce at your Mam & dads
Yes I did, they didn't force me but I didn't mind it so much when I was a kid it was the worse meal though, well that and tripe it was disappointing knowing we were having salad.
We never had salad when I was growing up. I always hated lettuce and my Dad didn't like it either and it never seemed to be a meal that my Mum did fortunately. I still hate lettuce although I can eat iceberg now and I don't mind most of those leaves. All you could get when we grew up though was what they now call round lettuce. Tripe never came into the equation but Mum did do kidneys but I only remember her doing that in later life.
I don't know if any of your lovely ladies have seen Peetie Weetie's post on Fraz's question blog. He's just asked Fraz to come on the daily chat to help him deal with the 'old birds'
I think our darling Peetie Weetie may be spending a lot of time in the spear proof garage of his, so I hope he has plenty of ca..... erm provions
Yes salad had to be covered in salad cream to take the taste away
I've just had a look at the mapometer.com site Andi, it's great. I just found out I did 0.77 of a mile so I will plan a route for a mile then build up from there.
I am off to watch Casualty now so speak to you later unless you have all gone to bed.
Love the pic Kazz. We can just humour Pete and his garage cos you know our spears can go anywhere and he can hide nowhere! M..HA..HA..HA..HA..HA!!! BE VERY AWARE!!!
Hey Pete, I have a question for you re something you posted on Fraz's question.
What is a "tandem dike" please?
monkyAdministratorCake sniffer outer• in reply toandi22
Andi, a tandem dike is a tandem '' Bike'' made for 2 hmmmmm
I think it's time i went to bed it must have been all that hastle taking the decors down, cos I think i've got a head coming on plus i've got to wash my hair
Gosh i can remember tripe, yuuuuuuuuk my Mam & dad loved tripe and onions, not for me though, kidney yes, and liver & onions with loads of lumpy gravy yum yum
Just wondering if you can get a mapometer for a rowing machine
I don't like kidneys (put up with it in a steak & kid pie) but I do like liver. My Mum used to just fry it but I have a delicious recipe called "Italian liver" - yum yum!
Andi I do my liver in the oven for a couple of hours, although i wouldnt mind trying that recipe that you have
Rite me thinks its my time to go to bed now, so i will say good night to all you YOUNG birds, and Johny cakeface, and luvs ya all, you are all just magic
Night night Boozie Suzie, I hope you sleep well tonight, speak to you tomorrow and remember to share cake with me, no point in sharing cake with Johnny the cakearian
Sorry Peetie Weetie please accept my sincere apologies for accusing you of calling us old birds when it was just a typo you have an answer for everything I know that much
Night night, I hope your head is better tomorrow Pete, it has been fun on here tonight mainly due to Peetie Weetie's typos
