Worry or prayer beads

Someone was saying they didnt know what to do with there hands now they dont have ciggys in them, well I think beads are great, you can sit while watching TV and swiddle with them, its quite soothing, I have some crystal ones and I love the cool feeling. ( No I havent gone senile ) Try them and if you cant get hold of proper ones you can use a bracelet with plain beads on them.

Another great idea Mad :-)

How about even having a go of making your own? You could even start with just a piece of wool and a few beads maybe from an old necklace that might be a bit tangled.

You can also pick some up from craft shops quite cheaply too. Make it more personalised :-)
