Paella

I see a few of you talking about Paella, I dont like it myself but its very popular here in England. Do not use Paella rice ordinary short grain rice is best. some people think it has to have chicken and seafood in it but thats not true, it originally was the meal of the poor in Valencia who would make it using rice grown there and throw in whatever bits of food they had left. Its been adapted as most meals are over the years. No I am not a chef, wouldnt have a clue how to make it but my Husband was and is also Spanish, OLE!

I am sure your wife is watching you John and having a good laugh while your having a hard time trying to cook. Keep up your cooking, its a good way of passing the time and good for your health as you will know what goes into your meals.
