It's a lovely bright sunny day here, although I must admit I have got my heating on. My poor mouth is a bit sore today, shall have to just keep quiet I think!
For those of you who are newly quit, if everything seems good, then keep on going in the same direction If things are a bit wobbly for you, check that you are using your NRT correctly, have you replaced you patch? Or make sure you are actually wearing it and it hasn't fell off or anything
If you are planning to be out and about today, please make sure that you have everything that you need, such as your inhalator, lozenges, gum or whatever you are using. Wouldn't like to think that you get caught out.
If and when those cravings appear, remember to see them as a good thing. Learn to recognise when they are likely to pay you a visit and be prepared for them should they show up unexpectedly
Morning Sue, i'm glad its sunny there, i could do with some of that its rite grey and looks as if its going to chuck it down any minute you make sure your washings pegged well, cus you dont want to go running after it
Hi Pete i've nearly had to run after the washing already it least it's not gale force winds you better get your guttering done before it buckets down then
Yeah i`m back. Had a lovely holiday I even slept in until 7.00am and one morning nearly 8.00am. Have to go again. Only joking Pete. Well I hope you are all well and happy and still staying positive. Not gone through all the posts yet but will catch up soon. I really have missed you all I did well with the weather considering it poured down at the beginning of the week but only got wet once. Well I feel as if I am a non smoker now , as i didnt use my inhalator or even think about it. fingers crossed I keep it that way. I cant believe its 6 months on friday. Yes Pete you`ve been my buddy for half a year now.
Going to catch up on the posts now, see you all soon.
looks like you had a great holiday, apart from the weather at the start, so glad you did
and not even thinking about your inhalator, that's brill you'll easily keep it that way, no problem
Thanks for the rock

Hi Sue, Hope your ok love, missed ya. Hope you kept that Pete in line Been trying to read most of the blogs could take me ages. I am pleased you got sorted out with your plan of action. Its lovely that people give you support . I feel guilty at times as my hubby stopped about 10 years ago and I dont think anyone gave him any support. Yet I have had loads. Main thing is to stay positive. Just looked at the recipe for soup it sound good. will give that a go.
I know what you mean about support, i could never do this without all you lovely people on here, hopefully one day i'll reach six months smoke free as well,no change that,i will reach six months
me and Pete had a right laugh sometimes, especially when things went haywire and my posts were going on multiple times
couldn't seem to get a picture on either, think my computer went on strike or it's just old like me
