Aww cheers love! I think I am going through about 3 packs a day of mints at the moment, my brain is panicking and still trying desperately to come to terms with my stubborness. It's going to take some time to tell myself that this is how it's going to be from now on so I am going to be very patient with myself. I guess it's like breaking up with someone you've loved for a long time and you need time to come to terms with the change and mourn maybe? Just need to make sure I brush my teeth more often because of all the sugar on the mints! xxx

Don't do that - it's a bit of a myth. You have to let your natural saliva get rid of the sugar ot eat something else that cleans the teeth. There's probably something on the net about it. Could be something for Pete to research and post a link for all to see. Speak soon - got to go and do things!
