Hi tcc57 so sorry to here about your mum, what a bad your having and a brave lady fo giving up. X
well done you 10 days with no cigs, believe that you can do it and your threw the worse, that's what gets me threw my craving moments. I never want to go threw the past 6 days again, and it is feeling easier today. Good luck on your journey.
Hey Tracey, just try and take each day as it comes, each hour if you have to. Every-time you feel like smoking, just think that you are only saying no to that one.... Don't look too # ahead as this may be too much for you.
Try some breathing exercises and see if they help. If there is anything else that you feel that you would find useful, let me know and I'll put it together for you tomorrow.
10 days is absolutely fantastic!
Take Care and big strong hugs being sent to you.
hi tcc56, i am jillygirl. keep up the good work. My dad had lung cancer, so i know how you feel. I am going back over 15 years ago. I always remember him saying to me you need to give up smoking love. Yes i know i replied but never bothered. i am sure if i had listened i would have been much healthier now. anyway like i say i am 63 and on my 5th week. I use a inhalator which i find pretty good.
good luck. jilly girl.
thank you for your comments i am 48 and so wished i had given up much earlier. The chewing gum does help i am in a much better mood today lol
