I know one thing you can all feel good about is you’re on this site for a reason 🤩 because you’ve quit smoking 🚬 or want to quit! 🚭 which is one of the best things you can do for you and your health 🤩😇
And feeling good about yourself makes everything feel a bit better, it can make the journey or day slightly easier or feel more encouraging! 😅 if it’s hard to believe, just think of the opposite 🧐 what feeling negative feels like 🤔 🥺 and feeling positive has the opposite effect 😌 🤸🏻
I feel I’ve been pretty productive this week 😅 do I think I’m gonna feel good about that today 😄 and give today my best shot! 🥳

😂 yeah when I read it back I get that feeling!! 😂 so I seem to benefit too!! I must admit I did have to read it again when I walked out the door to see my car had a puncture!! 🤦🏻♀️😳
